The first Bingo game will kick off promptly at 7pm\, so be sure to arrive early to grab your spot! \nTickets\nBingo cards are available at $15 per pack\, or you can take advantage of our special offer of two packs for just $25. Your contribution through the purchase of these cards directly aids our cause and we couldn’t be more thankful for your support! \nFood and Drinks\nStay fueled for your winning streak! The licensee must purchase\, lease or rent electronic bingo verifying equipment that complies with the requirements and standards for the devices only from Gaming-Related Suppliers registered under the Gaming Control Act\, 1992.\n\n14.4  \n\nAfter a winner has been declared\, the licensee must ensure that the caller inquires clearly and audibly three (3) times of the players whether there are any other players claiming to be a winner of that game. If there are no other winners\, the licensee must ensure the caller declares the game to be closed.\nNo claim of a player to have won a game is valid if made after the game has been declared closed.\n\n14.5 \n\nThe total prize\, as announced prior to the commencement of the bingo game\, must be paid to a winner or winners. The caller must announce the number of winners for each game and the amount paid to each winner.\nWhere there is more than one (1)winner of a bingo game\, the prize offered must be divided equally amongst all players having obtained a valid bingo. The licensee may set a minimum prize payout not to exceed five (5) dollars. DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce a fun-filled afternoon of Bingo for a cause! Promote Fox Lake has partnered with the Fox Lake Volunteer Fire Department to raise funds to support our community. The proceeds from this event will directly contribute towards Promote Fox Lake’s ongoing initiatives as well as the Fire Department’s mission to fund a new roof for their building. \nWhen and Where\nJoin us on Sunday\, July 23rd from noon to 3 pm at the Fox Lake Volunteer Fire Department located at 114 Washington St\, Ingleside\, IL 60041. The first Bingo game will kick off promptly at 1 pm\, so be sure to arrive early to grab your spot! \nTickets\nBingo cards are available at $15 per pack\, or you can take advantage of our special offer of two packs for just $25. Your contribution through the purchase of these cards directly aids our cause and we couldn’t be more thankful for your support! \nFood and Drinks\nStay fueled for your winning streak! We’ll have a variety of delicious food and refreshing drinks available for purchase. Relax while enjoying an exciting game of bingo and supporting your community. \nOur Cause\nPromote Fox Lake is a family of volunteers who contribute countless hours to beautify and promote our community of Fox Lake. We work tirelessly to beautify the village and showcase Fox Lake at it’s best. Some ways we do this is through our community garden programs\, historic markers and Fox Lake Shine litter pick up\, \nThe Fox Lake Volunteer Fire Department\, an integral part of our community\, needs our help to fund a new roof. Your participation in this event directly contributes to their goal and ensures their ability to continue providing essential services to Fox Lake. \nSo\, gather your friends and family and come out for a great cause and a fun day of Bingo! Together\, we can make a difference for our community. Thank you for your continued support\, and we look forward to seeing you there! \nBingo Rules\n14.1 The arrangement of numbers required to be covered on bingo paper in order to win the game and the amount of the prize for each game must be announced to the players immediately before each game begins.\n14.2 \n\nA player must be declared the winner of a game if they have covered all of the numbers in the required arrangement.\nA player does not need to have the last number called in order to be declared a winner.\n\n14.3 A licensee must verify\, at the time a player claims to have won and before a prize is paid out\, that the numbers covered on the bingo paper are a winning arrangement: \n\nby audible call-back of the numbers covered on the bingo paper in the immediate presence of one (1) or more neutral players; or\nthrough the use of the bingo caller’s electronic verification system and by confirming visually the numbers covered on the bingo paper. The licensee must purchase\, lease or rent electronic bingo verifying equipment that complies with the requirements and standards for the devices only from Gaming-Related Suppliers registered under the Gaming Control Act\, 1992.\n\n14.4  \n\nAfter a winner has been declared\, the licensee must ensure that the caller inquires clearly and audibly three (3) times of the players whether there are any other players claiming to be a winner of that game. If there are no other winners\, the licensee must ensure the caller declares the game to be closed.\nNo claim of a player to have won a game is valid if made after the game has been declared closed.\n\n14.5 \n\nThe total prize\, as announced prior to the commencement of the bingo game\, must be paid to a winner or winners. The caller must announce the number of winners for each game and the amount paid to each winner.\nWhere there is more than one (1)winner of a bingo game\, the prize offered must be divided equally amongst all players having obtained a valid bingo. The licensee may set a minimum prize payout not to exceed five (5) dollars. The total amount awarded in prizes must not exceed the licensee’s licensed prize board.\n\n14.6 In the event that the number on a ball is miscalled\, the actual number on the ball and not the called number must be the official number for the game. Any claim by a player to have won a bingo using a miscalled number must be disallowed.\n14.7  \n\nThe designated member in charge of the bingo occasion\, acting on behalf of the licensee\, must provide a handwritten\, electronic or videotaped record for each bingo game played outlining the order in which the numbers were called for each game held during the bingo event. This is the official record of the games.\nIn the event of an error in verification of bingo paper\, resulting in a game being declared closed\, the game must be reconstructed using the official record to identify the numbers previously called and the game must continue until won by a player. The record and winning bingo paper must be retained for 30 days following the bingo event.\n\n14.8 If it should be determined that a game has been closed as the result of a miscalled number and there is not a valid winner for the game\, the game must be reconstructed using the official record to identify the numbers previously called and the game must continue until won by a player.\n14.9 The licensee may establish House Rules governing the conduct of the bingo. House Rules must be displayed at the premises where the bingo is being conducted. In the event that a House Rule conflicts with these terms and conditions or any other regulation\, the terms and conditions or regulation will take precedence.\n14.10 Additional bingo games approved by the Registrar must be operated in compliance with the approved Rules of Play as specified by the Registrar. \nFor more information\nPlease contact us at info@promotefoxlake.org or call (847) 254-0837

DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, April 22nd at the Millennium Park Gazebo in Fox Lake for our 2023 Earth Day Community Clean Up! \nVolunteers will meet at the gazebo for coffee and donuts. Trash bags and gloves will be provided and volunteers will be sent around town to help make Fox Lake shine. \n \nWhere: Millennium Park Gazebo\, 23 Rollins Rd in Fox Lake\nDate: Saturday\, April 22 (Rain date April 29)\nTime: 10am – 1pm \nActivities:\n10:00 to 11:30\n– Donuts and coffee\n– Trash bags and gloves will be provided\n– Volunteers will be sent out to clean up around town \n11:00 to 1:00\n– Snacks & Refreshments\n– Activities for kids – Paint your own birdhouse\, coloring\, scavenger hunt\n– Historical marker unveiling (11:30 at Towne Centre Plaza)\n– Speaker on composting (12:00 at Millennium Park Gazebo)\n– Live music\n– Informational tables \nThere will also be onsite electronic\, battery and shoe recycling collection available from 10am-1pm.
